1. Cook rice as per package instructions
2. Prepare mango salsa by dicing mangoes, avocados, jalapeño and red onion. Toss in a bowl with lime juice and salt
3. Pat dry salmon; remove skin and cut into cubes
4. Toss salmon cubes in a bowl with soy sauce and spices
5. Heat a large skillet with avocado oil
6. Once hot, add salmon cubes and cook 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through and nicely charred. You may need to do this in batches as you don't want to overcrowd the salmon
7. Whisk together mayo and hot sauce
8. Assemble bowls starting with rice, mango salsa, and salmon. Drizzle with spicy mayo and serve
