Viral Boursin Bacon Crackers (Totally Worth the Hype)
Every once in a while, a snack goes viral for a very good reason — and Boursin bacon crackers are exactly that kind of recipe. They’re simple, indulgent, wildly addictive, and somehow manage to feel both fancy and effortless at the same time. With just a handful of ingredients and almost no prep, these little crackers deliver big flavor in every bite: creamy, savory, salty, sweet, and crunchy all at once.
If you need an appetizer for game day, a holiday party, or just something fun to snack on while hosting friends, this is it. People don’t just like these — they hover around the tray until they’re gone. They are SO perfect for the upcoming Super Bowl! Especially if you’re invited to a party and need to bring something. Make them at home, let cool and place into a big storage container. Bring them and everyone will be asking you for the recipe. They are just that good. After making them, I was doing my taste test and accidentally ended up eating 8 in a ROW!!! I couldn’t stop. Kids will love them too because of the crispy bacon!
Why These Crackers Went Viral
The magic comes from contrast. You’ve got a crisp cracker base, a dollop of creamy Boursin cheese, smoky bacon and a light sprinkle of sugar that caramelizes as it bakes. Finish everything with everything bagel seasoning, and you’ve got a bite that hits every flavor note: salty, savory, slightly sweet, herby, and crunchy.
They’re also:
-
Easy to assemble in minutes
-
Baked all at once on one pan
-
Perfect for feeding a crowd
-
Fancy enough for parties, simple enough for weeknights
Basically, they feel like something you’d order at a restaurant — but they come together with grocery store staples.

How to Make Them (Quick Overview)
Spread a small amount of Boursin onto each cracker. This is the hardest part because you want to be slow and careful to not break the cracker. Make sure your cheese is at room temperature, this helps to spread it! Cut your bacon into 4. I like cutting the entire package using kitchen scissors! Place a piece of bacon on top. Sprinkle lightly with sugar and everything bagel seasoning. Bake until the bacon is crisp and the crackers are golden. Let cool slightly (they firm up as they sit), then serve warm or at room temperature. You can skip the everything but the bagel seasoning but I personally loved the extra spice and flavour!
